    I feel like a lot of hates/ unfair criticism for part II stem from Ellie's being cold towards Joel throughout the whole game. Did they forget Joel lied to her face not once, but twice and never attempt to tell the truth for all the years they were living in Jackson together? I swear some gamers have this weird emotional attachment to Joel as if he can do no wrong and refuse to walk in Ellie's shoes thus distancing themselves from the game.

    I am grateful for part II and it will definitely be a long time until we have another great story-driven game with female being forefront like this. Thanks ND!
