Sry but, Tlou2 is a better game than the first Tlou

    Posted: 23 Jun 2021 02:30 PM PDT

FR, I have played the first one 6 times now and the second one the double of that and I can't deny that part 2 is a better game. I'M NOT SAYING THE FIRST TLOU IS A BAD GAME!! The first one has an amazing story that can't be topped by much else, but the gameplay is really junky at times and is pretty annoying when switching guns and plainly walking around. But the story is incredible, cannot stretch that enough. But Tlou2 has such smooth gameplay, so unbelievably beautiful, amazing acting, interesting story in a way and I just can't stand a month without playing it cause I just love how fun it is to play. Don't get me wrong, the first game is fun to replay sometimes too but part 2 is better gameplay and visuals. I have grown to understand and kinda like Abby in a way, I don't hate her anymore like some of you apparently do. People probably hate part 2 simply because it's different, not like the first game and they killed of Joel in a "non-worthy" way. Those people need to understand the game and the world around to appreciate the game as it should. Probably will get some hate on this but don't care. Tlou2 is a better game the the first Tlou (though the first one has a better story non the less)

    TLOU2 Easter Egg?

    Posted: 23 Jun 2021 06:07 PM PDT

Okay this may just be a coincidence but the main gate combo that Ellie and Dina need to get into Seattle is the same as the telephone area code for Austin, Texas, Joel and Tommy's hometown.

Tapping triangle once would've made a great holster holster control...

    Posted: 23 Jun 2021 02:51 PM PDT

Only recently bought TLOU and TLOU 2 over the last couple of months...joint favourite games ever with Red Dead Redemption 2.

As someone who is OCD about realism one of the only negative persistent thoughts I had through both games was..."surely tapping triangle once would've made a perfect holster weapon control???"

I can't even see how this would cause any issues because after all any time we need to actually use triangle in the game as a context action Joel and Ellie holster their guns anyway as soon as it is pressed excluding a couple of exceptions such as grabbing an enemy in which case the gun gets pointed at their heads so again it'd make no difference.

*"holster holster" by mistake in the title because I'm so enthusiastic about it

5 Moments in The Last of Us Part II We're Still Thinking About a Year Later

    About Ellie and JJ!

    Posted: 23 Jun 2021 06:26 AM PDT

something I realized now that ,

JJ never speak in farmhouse but it was Ellie who speaks in tone so that can make JJ cheerful

Like say hi to Auntie Talia

And saying "Hi Auntie Talia" is actually Ellie's voice

I personally thought JJ can speak but it was Ellie!

Again in barmhouse Ellie saying "look there are so many sheeps" something like that

And again "Hi sheep" is actually Ellie's voice

And I realized that Ellie singing song for JJ to make him cheerful

One of the things that people didn't notice , and Ellie sharing her personal stories of her and willing to teach him guitar , from that Ellie become mother of JJ

And also JJ feels comfortable with her

And I feel like it was proud moment for Ellie because Ellie grew as orphan and she somehow reached this situation is actually pretty proud moment for herself that she became JJ's mom

Ellie's Upgrades question... TLOU 2 SPOILERS

    Posted: 23 Jun 2021 06:37 PM PDT

If we upgrade Ellie's weapons when playing as Ellie then later on while playing as Abby when we get to her at the theatre are her weapons the upgraded versions during the cutscene and the actual fight or are they just the usual default versions of them?

And also Ellie uses a shotgun and bow during the fight - does she still uses them even if we never picked them up as her?

I was just curious about this because the game has such amazing details based on choices you make so I thought they may have mad these aspects change too but I've started a new game and am quite far from this part.
