    Ignorance and bias 'reviews' from certain YouTubers

    The other day i was watching some 'reviews' on YouTube. After watching 5 reviews(moist critical, angryjoe, upper echelon gaming, nakeyjakey,thedemodcracy) i realized something that impressed me. They all shared one characteristic. Ignorance... or maybe they are just too dumb which i don't believe is the case.

    They somehow kept talking about how shallow and awful written is the story. They kept saying How Ellies decisions don't make sense at all and it is just bad writing. They kept saying how the game shoves 'revenge is bad in your face' and how 'ellie was affected by the cycle of violence but not abby'. What they didn't show tho , are the most important scenes in the story. Apparently Nobody paid attention in the last scenes. Somehow they didn't even tried to address joel and ellies last interaction. Ellies journey isn't being fueled by revenge as they may think, but from guilt, which btw the game points out just that in the end. Ellie didn't let abby live because of 'bad writing'. It was Joel's last interaction with her, that eventually saved abby.

    Trying to review a product, which you don't know enough about, is just pure ignorance and ends up misleading. There are many more things that i disagree with those 'reviews' but i was baffled about how they try to make the story to look that bad,yet don't bring up the main points that explain the most important things in the story. Yeah let's just ignore some scenes that give context and just justify our hate with repeating 'bad writing'. The guy who literally wrote the story for the last of us and uncharted 4, somehow doesn't know how to do his job according to these clowns.

    'Hey guys, the last of us isn't such a good story. Is just a guy going on a journey with a girl from Point a to point b and when they are literally in the finish line, the guy snaps and does a 180,meaning that every sacrifice he made along the journey was meaningless... '

    I made a review on IMDB for TLoU2 and thought I'd share it since I never really review games but thought I'd add this because of the hate it gets for no reason

    I don't wanna make a full on review that's 4 pages long because most people aren't gonna wanna read something from someone that gave this a 10/10, but this game is incredible.

    SPOILERS: I stand by what I say and think the story is incredible. It truly depicts a world full of rage and the only way to survive is to kill. One of the things that everyone hates about the game is joel being killed off. I can definitely see why people hated this since the trailers showed he'd be a big part of this but the reason he was in the trailers was so everyone felt empty seeing him die. If they told you he died then everyone would've been prepared for it. With Joel dying so early and horrifically shows what the world of TLoU is. This isn't like your typical fairy tale where people live happily ever after, this is reality. You're not gonna sit and mourn someone when you're being shot at. People die suddenly and that's exactly how the world is. It's depressing but it's stuff we have to live with. I hated seeing joel die but ND didn't want us knowing because they sort of wanted us to be pissed. It felt like we actually lost someone. Same with the abby thing, people hated playing as her but she has her own side that actually shows that she doesn't want to be a bad guy, but to get closure for her father's death. Same with ellie killing everyone she saw. But like I said, I'm not going into a full 5 page story on why I think this is an amazing game. In short terms, this game takes 10/10 on everything. But if you do want a better review for maybe understanding it, I'd recommend girlfriend reviews and dunkeys video. Just don't hate on people calling them a piece of shit for liking this. You could like the last jedi and we probably wouldn't care. (I say this because the last jedi is a bad film but no one would care if you said this was your favorite film) we aren't gonna enjoy games or media or even people if we just shit on others opinion.dunkey review for the inspiration to my comment
