I feel bad for Neil druckmann and the cast Posted: 09 Aug 2020 10:03 AM PDT Neil seems to have been the most heartbroken with the reaction from people. He acts like he doesn't care but if you see the tweets he was writing when everyone was spamming him with hateful messages he was genuinely hurt. Same thing with his Instagram, he even disabled his comments and stopped posting on his story or in general. The game was amazing yet all this unnecessary hate. I've seen people basically saying how naughty dog is somehow the worst game company ever and how everything is ruined bunch of crybabies I'm sure there's been many people in the sub here who's probably already talked about this but it infuriates me seeing this. Posted: 09 Aug 2020 10:59 PM PDT Not my theory. I saw it somewhere, but now that i think about it more and more it starting to add up. Her mothers note is probably the biggest nod towards it. At first glance ppl would assume her mother died from giving birth to her. But one could assume being tht it was already 6 years post apocalypse, her mother was prob bitten right before she gave birth to ellie. The story behind what happen we do not yet know. Marlene was most likely present for it and already confirmed present for Ellie's birth. Maybe the two were on the run from infected moments b4 kinda like ellie and riley and somehow Anna was bitten. She then decided to write the letter For ellie and make marlene promise to watch over her. Meanwhile ellie became immune because she wasnt born yet. Maybe the infection has a diffrent result on the host before they are born. Something neil druckerman could prob take and run with. Again the original theory isn't mine but thinking about it i could see all of that happening. This also could mean there are possibly other undiscovered immunes out there who are either in hiding aswell or arent aware of their immunity. After all Ellie didn't find out she was immune until she was 14 after she was bitten. In a world where u have to avoid being bitten finding out ur immune could take quite awhile depening on one's survival skills. Tell me what you guys think. Do you agree? Any other theories? Thinking about the Skillup review. Posted: 09 Aug 2020 04:48 PM PDT Just want to say I don't care that he gave it a bad review. I want to talk about a specific point he made. In his review, Mr. Skill up talked about how he was disappointed in there being less environmental puzzles with ladders and etc. I was excited about this because the whole "where do I put this ladder" thing in lou1 sucked IMO. After playing the game, I feel like Skillup just straight up lied about the puzzles. The game is full of environmental puzzles. Which are thankfully more varied and more fun then the originals puzzles. Am I crazy? Are there really not that many puzzles? Are they actually better in the first game? Please help me. I need to know the truth! [link] [comments] | ||
